Who are the Lahu?  The Lahu people group is one of the  smaller of Vietnam’s 53 minority groups, with a population of  only 6,000.  The Lahu are one of the largest regional people groups, however.  More than 400,000 Lahu live in southern China, another 125,000 live in Myanmar (Burma), 30,000 in Thailand, and 2,500 in Laos. 

They are known by a number of names, to include: Lohei, Lahuna, Laku, Kaixien, Namen, Mussuh, Muhso, Musso, Mussar, and Moso.

They are an unreached people group.
